LEA, CAROL LOUISE
1943 – 2015
Carol L. Lea (nee Kingston), 72, of Portage Vale, passed away unexpectedly at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, August 5, 2015. She was the only daughter of the late Arnold and Roberta (Jardine) Kingston and was brought up in Dalhousie, NB.
Carol has been the devoted wife of Paul Lea since 1962. Up until her death, she was a dedicated employee of Atlantic Truss.
Carol will be greatly missed by her husband of over 52 years, Paul; her sons and their families, Paul Jr. (Helen) of Moncton and John (Angela) of Havelock; grandsons, Mike Leger (Carmen) and Keith Leger and Izaak and Micah Lea; great grandchildren, Curtis and Robyn Leger. She will also be lovingly remembered by her extended family, Glenda and Brian Pringle, Dorothy and Gary Fisher and Mary Jane Grant; many nieces and nephews and by her best friends, Lori and Ron Romkey.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her parents and her grandsons, Quinton Lea and Chris Leger.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Friday from 12:30 to 1:50 pm. A Service to celebrate Carol’s life will be held from Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, August 7, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service.
In memory of Carol, donations to a memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
