At the Halifax Infirmary, N.S., on Thursday, August 6, 2015 of Hugh Callistus Campbell, of Rose Valley, age 72 years.
Beloved husband of Joan (nee Arsenault). Dear father of Trevor (Carolyn), Ottawa, Don (Sheri), Stanchel, and Colleen (Ryan) VanIderstine, Mount Herbert. Grandfather to Rachel and Erica Campbell, Caelan and Amber Campbell, Arielle and Hayley VanIderstine. Brother to Walter (Peggy) Campbell, Mary McKenna, Brendon (Reta) Campbell, Edie (Clarey) Pineau, and sister-in-law, Frances Campbell, Charlottetown. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, John and Margaret (Hamm) Campbell, and brothers, Charlie and Frank.
Resting at the Dawson Funeral Home, Crapaud, with visitation on Sunday, Aug. 9, 2015 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass at St.Joseph's Church, Kelly's Cross, on Monday at 2 p.m. Interment to follow in St. Joseph's Parish Cemetery.
Knights of Columbus will hold a prayer service at 5:45 p.m. on Sunday from the funeral home.
