JANZ, Philip Allen Henry “Phil” – 69, South Maitland, passed away peacefully at home with his loving family on Friday, July 24, 2015. Born January 29, 1946, at Toronto Western Hospital, he was the son of the late Jacob H. and Violet A. (Hesp) Janz. Phil is survived by his wife, Heidemarie “Heide” (Cohoon) Janz; children, Kristin Janz (Donald Crankshaw), Stephen Janz (Natalija Osina), Lisa Janz (James Lee); grandchildren, Samuel Janz, Simon Janz, Joshua Janz, Sophia Lee, Vivianne Lee. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mattatall – Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro, where the funeral service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, August 15, 2015, Pastor Eric MacKinnon officiating.
