It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ronald Lidstone announce his passing on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 77 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 57 years Leah (nee Simms); children: Terry (Judy), Rick (Joanne), Dean (Michelle), Lisa (Barry) and Sandra (Dean); grandchildren: Kariss (Charles), Ricky (Joanne), Charmaine (Bob), Ben, Michael, Hope and L.J.; great-grandchildren: Karlee Rae, Heather, Desiree, Alex and Julianna; brothers and sisters: Monty, Larry, Rob, Paul, Dawn, Sandra, Wanda, Paulette and Sharon; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Harris and Gertrude Lidstone. Friends may visit Calgary Pentecostal Church in Roddickton on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 13 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Peter Grimes officiating. Interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Roddickton. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to Calgary Pentecostal Church in Roddickton or Emmanuel Pentecostal Church in Deer Lake.
