The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Tuesday, August 25, 2015, of Frances Lakhan, of Summerside, aged 90 years. Born in Summerside, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Florence (Kenny) Corney. Survived by her husband Eric Lakhan; sons Richard (Christine) Lakhan and John (Sue) Cozens and his father John D. Cozens, England; 4 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a brother Windsor (June) Corney; and by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her daughter Sandra, in infancy. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. A graveside service will be held at Peoples Cemetery, Summerside, on Friday at 2 p.m. No visiting hours by personal request. Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
