We, the family of the late Agnes McPhee, wish to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to relatives, friends and neighbours for their prayers, sympathy and kindness. We wish to extend a special word of thanks to the medical personnel who provided Mom with compassionate and competent care throughout her illness; namely the staff of 4D, An Cala Palliative Care of the C.B. Regional Hospital and V.O.N. A heartfelt thanks to Mom’s niece Patricia MacNeil, who provided her with much love and care while at home; and to close friends for their kind devotion to our mother. The support from everyone who attended the funeral, made phone calls, sent food to our homes, forwarded messages of condolences and cards, and made charitable donations in our mother’s name was very much appreciated. Thank you to the following individuals for their participation in a beautiful mass: Rev. Leo Boone, Elaine Haighway and the St. Joseph’s Choir, the altar servers, Eucharistic ministers, lectors; grandchildren Neil, Kyle and Mary McPhee, gift bearers; grandsons Sean, Jonah and Michael McPhee and grandson Liam McPhee for carrying her remains to her final resting place. We appreciate the St. Joseph Bereavement Committee for the luncheon provided following the mass. Finally, thank you to the staff of Curry’s Funeral Home for their compassion shown to our family during this difficult time. God Bless all who by word or deed, helped to ease our sorrow.
