Pictou Landing - Anita E. Pettipas, 82, of Pictou Landing, NS, passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2015 in the Maritime Odd Fellows Home, Pictou. Born January 15, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Georgina Fraser. She is survived by her children: Jim (June); Bill (Donna); Fred (Fay); Sandra; Albert (Sue); Mary Lou (Walter); Walter (Lise); Eric (Debbie); Greg (Darlene) and Lisa (Mark); 16 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; sister: Jessie (Walter) Grist; brothers: Sam (Betty); John (Jeannette); Donald (Muriel) and Albert. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Pettipas; brothers: Peter Archibald and William Roy; sisters: Jean Elizabeth and Margaret Catherine. Visitation 7-9 pm Friday in the R.H. Porter Funeral Home, New Glasgow. Funeral mass 12 noon Saturday in Saint John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, with Father Gary MacPherson officiating. Burial will be in Christ the King Cemetery.
