The death occurred at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, on Thursday, September 10, 2015, of Bethea "Betty" Ellah, of Summerside, aged 93 years. Born in Meaford, Ontario, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Harriet "Hattie" (Reid) Hopps. Survived by her children Rose Anne (Tom) Reitsma, Dennis (Donna) Ellah, Victoria Ellah, Patrice (Phil) Lowden, Tim (Rachel) Ellah, Lois (Mark) Hennessy, John Ellah, Christine "Chris" Ellah, Ruth (Roy) Rutherford and Peter Ellah; 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren and by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Bruce Ellah; daughter Janette Witherow and son Colin Ellah in infancy. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. A memorial service will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 20 Taylor Road, North Bedeque, on Monday at 3 p.m. Interment in Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, Alberton.
