Gordon James
Passed peacefully away on September 10, 2015, Gordon James Samson, age 62 years. Left us to join the love of his life Dorothy Theresa Samson (nee Doran), his wife of 36 years. Left with loving memories his only child Lisa; two granddaughters Sophia Rose and Sadie Jane; his brothers and sister Leonard (Juanita), Albert (Anita), Jack (Tina), Harold (deceased) (Florence), Pat, Kevin (Kelly) and Bride (Mike); brothers and sisters-in-law Gerard (Carol), Joseph, Mercedes, Bernadette, Maggie, Mary, Anna, Kathleen (deceased), John "Frank" (deceased), Steve (deceased) (Jeanette) and Mike (deceased). As well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation from Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Sunday from 2-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. from St. Teresa's Church. Following Funeral Mass the burial for Gordon and Dorothy will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Heart and Stoke Foundation or Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
