The death occurred peacefully at Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Thursday, September 10, 2015, of Olive Mae (Jelley) Parker, aged 83 years. Born in Bideford, she was the daughter of the late George and Hazel (Hogg) Jelley. Beloved wife of William MacGregor Parker of Summerside. Loving mother to Philip (Sue Rollins) of Charlottetown, Charlene (Brian) Murray of Calgary, Leah (Sue MacLean) of Lethbridge, Susan (David) MacFadyen of Summerside, and Peter (Mandy) of Lethbridge. Also, adoring grandmother to Kelsey and William Murray, Morgan Parker, Lauren, Alex and Parker MacFadyen, and Hudson and Emmett Parker. Survived by her loving sister Pauline (James) Burleigh of Summerside and sister-in-law Barbara (George) Clark of Kensington. Also, lovingly remembered by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her brother Charles Bryant of Alabama. Resting at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. As per Olive’s request, there will be no visiting hours. A private family service will be held.
