It is with sadness that the family of William James Smith announces his sudden passing at James Payton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL, on Monday September 7, 2015 at the age of 75 years.
A retired teacher of 42 years, he had many friends and colleagues in the Eastport area and beyond.
Predeceased by son Randy (Barb), he will be dearly missed by his wife of 27 years, Hannah, his daughter Betty (Tim) ,sons Paul (Tanya), Jim, Trevor (Colleen), Derick (Kim), sisters Maisie, Velma (Dave), brother Baxter (Jean), grandchildren Kristen, Shannon, Joshua, Morgan, Jonathan, Cody, Cameron, Tara,Colby, great grandchildren Grayson, Haley and Peyton as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.
