Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Saturday, September 12, 2015 of Dorothy Ada Trainor of West St. Peter’s in her 94th year.
Beloved wife of the late Jervis Trainor and loving mother of George “Joe”, Junior, Mary, Donna, Merlin (Cathy) and Selina.
Dorothy is also lovingly remembered by 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, her sisters Alberta Deagle and Gertrude Roach.
She was also predeceased by her parents John L. and Elva Laybolt; infant children Mary, Merlin and Gertrude; brothers Frank, Dave, George, Everett, Jack, Sheldon and Alonzo Laybolt; sisters Elizabeth French, Florence Roach and Selina Conohan; grandson George, great granddaughter Taya and son-in-law Boyd Kelly.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Tuesday , then transferred to St. Andrew’s Church, Mt. Stewart for funeral mass at 2 p.m.
Interment will follow in St. Andrew’s Parish Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
