Henri Leger, 85, of Notre-Dame, passed away on Tuesday September 15, 2015 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born on December 16, 1929 in Moncton, he was the son of the late Osias and Emma (Allain) Leger.
He was a farmer.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Geneva (Cormier); one daughter, Diane; one sister, Valida Cormier (Laurie); four brothers: Roger (Annette), Léo-Paul (Rose-Marie), Lionel (Irène) and Maurice (Denise); many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two sisters: Jeannine Zeron and Elmire Leger; two infant brothers: Ronald and Lionel.
The family will receive condolences at Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur Roman Catholic Church, Notre-Dame-de-Kent, from where the funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, September 18, 2015 at 7 pm. Visiting hours Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 6 pm until time of funeral. Interment in Notre-Dame parish cemetery.
In memory of Henri, a contribution to the N.B. Lung Association would be appreciated.
