It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Robert at home with his loving wife Suzanne by his side. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother on September 12, 2015 at the age of 75. Cherished husband of Suzanne. Dearest father of Debbie Webb (Paul), Darren and partner Guylaine. Proud grandfather of Sam and Megan Webb, Racheal and Robyn Gallant. He will be missed by his sister Hazel, brother-in-law Phil Hynes, sister Zella and brother-in-law Tony Power, and brother of the late Llewellyn Gallant (Phyllis); step-siblings Desmond, Elvis and Mabel; sister-in-law Heather MacGillvray and partner Verna, brothers-in-law Danny and Robert MacGillvray. Bob will be sadly missed and always remembered by his relatives and friends in Newfoundland and Toronto. A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in his hometown of Stephenville, Newfoundland. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
