Passed away suddenly in Sechelt, BC. Born in Garden Bay, the third oldest of nine siblings.
Kirby was predeceased by his mother Violet Jackson, brother Alex Jackson and sister Rosie Paul. He is survived by sons Kirby Jackson, Jr., and Sean Jackson; father James Jackson; brothers Arnold Hudson and Perry Jackson; sisters Velma Yelton, Joyce Jackson, Julie Jackson, Rebecca Jackson, Tammy Jackson and Sherry Wallace; three grandsons; aunt Mable Guss and uncles Lloyd Jackson and Lawrence Jackson.
A wake will be held at James Jackson’s home at 5510 Sinku Drive, Sechelt at 6pm on Sunday, September 20. Funeral service will be held at the Sechelt Longhouse on Monkey Tree Lane, Sechelt on Monday, September 21 at 11am. Luncheon to follow at the Sechelt Indian Band Hall.
