Passed peacefully away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Friday, September 18, 2015, Patrick (Pat) Moore of Avondale aged 68 years. Predeceased by his parents: Martin & Veronica, friends Jim & Irene Costello. Left with loving memories are his brother Martin (Linda), sister Doreen (Allen), nieces: Crystal-Lynn Gorman (Patrick), Lori-Lee Flynn (John), nephews: Cory (Eva & Sierra) & Lee, special little great niece Dakota & great nephew Quinn, special friends: Paddy & Bon Lewis & Joe & Carol Anne Cantwell & a large circle of family & friends especially Louise Costello for the constant care she has given to Pat & his family, also missing him are his feline friends, Smokey & Tom. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood, on Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 2 pm - 4 pm & 7 pm - 9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place at 2:00 pm on Monday, September 21, 2015 at Assumption Church, Avondale. Cremation to follow with Inurnment at a later date.
