Thank you to Father Norman MacPhee of Holy Cross Parish who made the celebration of David’s life memorable and to Secretary April MacDonald for her kindness. Thank you to the altar servers, Eucharistic ministers, readers, brothers-in-law Cameron and Brian McPhee, pallbearers; nephew Roger Hanrahan and brothers-in-law Bobby Johnston, Jimmy, Kevin, Leo and Gerard McPhee; offertory procession participants, daughter-in-law Tracey Hanrahan and grandchildren Gracie, Parker and Alexandra Hanrahan. Thank you to the choir for the beautiful music lead by director Eileen Morrison and organist Bobby O’Handley and the ladies auxiliary for the lovely luncheon. Special thanks to piper Colleen Boutilier and the Glace Bay Colonels baseball team for their show of support at the service. Thank you to McGillivray’s Funeral Home for their kindness and professionalism shown to our family. Thank you to Dr. Bob O’Brien, Crystal and Teresa for the many years of care. Thank you to those who sent food, cards, flowers, donations and to those who visited, telephoned, offered on-line condolences and helped with child care during our time of need. We are blessed to have such special people in our lives. Your kindness will always be in our hearts.
