It is with heavy hearts & great sadness, we announce the passing of Billy Welsh at the Health Sciences Complex on Friday, September 18, 2015, age 42 years. Predeceased by his mother, Josephine; grandparents: Frank and Eva Welsh and Elmer Strickland. Left to mourn, his soul mate Nicole Newell; father, William Welsh; brothers: James (Ashley) & Justin (Kristy); 2 beloved nephews: Denver & Memphis; and his grandmother, Vera Strickland; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Thursday, September 24, from 2-5pm & 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place from Barrett's Funeral Chapel on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 2:00pm, with interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery Columbarium.
