At the Wedgewood Manor Summerside on Monday September 21, 2015 of Jennie E. McLure formerly of Lower Bedeque aged 95 years. Born in Summerside January 17, 1920 daughter of the late Clem and Lillian (Cunningham) Carruthers. Wife of the late Clayton McLure. Mother of Daniel and wife Dianne McLure of Summerside and Barb and husband Hal MacFarlane of Harrowsmith, Ontario. Grandmother of Shawn (Amanda) McLure and Sara (Christopher) McCarthy. Great-grandmother of Clayton, Hudson and Alice McLure and Anna McCarthy. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Stuart (Frances) Carruthers and sister-in-law Ruby (Lloyd) Jewell. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington for visitation on Thursday evening from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Friday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment in the Lower Bedeque Cemetery.
