Michael James Line (Mike), age 45 of Swift Current, SK passed away suddenly on August 19, 2015 at the Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current. The memorial service was held on Saturday, August 29, 2015 in Tompkins, SK. The Eulogy was read by Mike's Uncle, Marvin Auseth. The Interment service will take place at a later date. Mike is survived by his parents, Bryan & Ardie Line; his 4 sons, Nicholas Line, Nathan Line, Tyson Headly, and Kaeden Line; his granddaughter, Ava Line; one sister Cindy Girodat (Ashley, Cole, Taylor, Treigh-ann); a great niece Summer Zacharias; maternal grandmother Elma Carlson; as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Mike was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, William Percy & Sarah Line; and his maternal grandfather Gordon Carlson. Mike was born in Kenora, Ontario on June 7, 1970. He grew up in Tompkins, SK on the Olson Ranch, where many memories were made with Mike, Cindy and neighbours Deana andCindy. Mike attended both Tompkins School and Gull Lake School. While in Tompkins, Mike excelled at flag football and Track and Field (where his hurdle record stood for many years). Mike enjoyed mechanics, fishing, camping and one of his biggest joys was motorcycles. His boys were his life, and most recently his granddaughter "little Ava" whom he cherished. Ava called Mike, Papa, and at the young age of 2 1/2, understands that her papa is now up in the clouds. Mike also leaves behind a very good friend, Wanda Dyck, with whom he had his youngest son, Kaeden.
