BOURQUE, GÉRARD
1929 - 2015
Grande-Digue, NB – Gérard Bourque, 86, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton on Friday, September 25th, 2015. Born in Grande-Digue, NB, he was the son of the late Onésime and the late Zélia Bourque (nee LeBlanc).
Gérard will be sadly missed by his sister, Thérèse Léger (Edmond) of Grande-Digue, by his three brothers, Nérie (Florence) of Grande-Digue, Émile (Louise) of Dieppe, Alyre (Annette) of Grande-Digue; by his two sisters-laws, Claudette Bourque of Moncton, Rita Bourque of Grande-Digue; also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his two brothers, Désiré and Éric.
Visitation will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Monday, September 28th, 2015 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. There will be no visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday morning prior to the Funeral Mass. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from La Visitation Roman Catholic Church in Grande-Digue on Tuesday, September 29th, 2015 at 11:00am.
Donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation, Lung association or to CHU Dumont Foundation (Oncology Dept.) would be appreciated by the family.
