The family of the late Kelly Anne MacQuarrie, wish to extend our deepest appreciation to our relatives, friends, neighbours and colleagues who showed us such wonderful support during our time of unbearable sorrow at the loss of our beloved Kelly. Thank you to those who telephoned, e-mailed, visited, brought food, sent flowers, cards, memorial donations and monetary gifts. Your kindness and generosity will forever be remembered. To Dr. Laith Shimon, Dr. O'Brien, Dr. Khododad and Dr. Mahmoud-ahmed, the Cancer Centre, Palliative Care and the VON, thank you for your care and attention. Thank you to Rev. Vernon Reid and Rev. Myrna MacMullin for the wonderful service and especially the touching eulogy by Rev. Reid and to Caelin MacAulay, Jim MacQuarrie and Kaye McInnis for the readings and Ian MacQuarrie and Kristina Prendergast for bearing the alter gifts and to Erin Cochrane for writing the words of comfort. Thank you also to organist Aileen Butler and St. Mary's choir for the beautiful music and the Senior Guild for the lovely luncheon following the service. Thank you to the Pallbearers; Kyle Morgan, Keith MacQuarrie, Gavin Morgan, Alex MacAulay, Neal MacDonald and Derek MacNeil for honoring Kelly. To the staff of Patten Funeral Home, thank you so much for your compassion and guidance. A special thank you to Dawn Whalen and Kathy and Stuart MacAulay who provided so much love and support to Kelly and this family through the years. We could not make it without you. Deep gratitude to Kristina Prendergast for her love and attention, to Ian's "boys" for being there and to Rev. Reid for his spiritual presence in Kelly's life and during our time of sorrow. Also, to Colleen MacVicar for her advice and support that last day. Family and friends were so important to Kelly and this family is blessed with the best of both.
