Passed peacefully away at her residence on Friday, October 2, 2015 at the age of 79 years. Predeceased by her husband James Lawlor; her son Clarence; daughter Bernice Montrose; her parents Richard and Violet Druken; brothers Tom, Jimmy and Richard, sisters Kay Hayes and Alice Druken. Leaving to mourn her children: James, Mary Ellen Lawlor, Ricky (late Judy), Peter, Thomas (Marilyn), Veronica Williams (Eric), Derrick, Frederick, Irene Miller (Robert), Rosalie Lawlor and Freeman (Sherry); 23 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; fondly remembered by her brothers Joe Druken (Anne), Jerry Druken, Andrew Druken and John Druken; sisters Violet Smallwood (Alex), Martha Cutler (Lester), Margie Druken, and Annie Lahey (late Doug); sister in law Helen Druken; brother in law John Hayes; and many nieces nephews and extended family. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 1045 Topsail Road, on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Family Parish on Friday October 9, 2015 at 10 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Thomas Cemetery.
