Peacefully at Beach Grove Home on Monday, October 5, 2015 of Mr. Claude F. Field, of Charlottetown, age 83 years.
Beloved husband of Beryl (nee MacFarlane) Field; proud and loving father of Jennifer Field (Perry Hoffman). He is also survived by his brother Eugene "Dookie" (Phyllis) Field; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jean Miller (Allan, deceased), Anna Baril (Jean-Guy Gobeil), Shirley McCarthy and Doreen MacFarlane (Ralph, deceased), Ruth Lambe and Brenda O'Regan (Blois, deceased); many special nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Wallace and Kathleen (nee MacCormack) Field; brothers and sisters Ora (Jim) Lampkin, Wallace "Bud" (Doris) Field, Loma (Justin) Stone, Joseph (Ruth) Field and infant brother, Robert.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Friday afternoon, then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 1 p.m. Interment to take place later The Peoples Cemetery, Charlottetow. Visiting hours on Thursday from 4 - 7 p.m.
