Passed peacefully away at S. A. Glenbrook Lodge on Saturday, October 10, 2015. Predeceased by her husband William (Bill 1990); infant son William ( Bill Jr.); and parents Charles and Susanna Dicks. Leaving to mourn her daughter Norma Cook; sons: Herman (Connie), and Barry (Linda); grandchildren: Geraldine Dawe (Donald), Tony (Carol Anne), Bob (Tammy), Jason Cook, Lesley Hurley (David), Kerri (fiancée Chris Mallard), and Brent; great-grandchildren: Michael Howlett, Krystal Croft (James and his son Chase), Kyle, Alyssa, A.J., Jessica, Billy, Anna, and Thomas; and sister Alice Masters. The family would like to thank the staff of the S.A. Glenbrook Lodge and Ruby Manor for their kindness and care over the last number of years. Visitation will be at Barrett's Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Monday, October 12th, from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm; and on Tuesday, October 13th, from 10:00am-12:00pm. Funeral service to be held from Barrett's Chapel on Tuesday at 2:00pm. Interment to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. No flowers by request.
