Passed away peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of Community Hospital, O'Leary on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, of Charlotte Elisabeth (nee Goulet) Blanchard of Mill Road, aged 98, beloved wife of Jerome Blanchard. Born on January 22, 1917 in St. Hilaire, QC, daughter of the late Alcibiade and Alice (Pinsonnault) Goulet. Loving mother to Christine (Brian) Armstrong, Cascumpec and Michel (Colleen) Blanchard, Toronto, ON. Grandmaman to Michael (Kerri Lynn) Armstrong, Kingston, ON; Stephanie (James Spong), Hamilton, ON; Cole Blanchard; Paige Blanchard and Tyler Blanchard all of Toronto. Great grandmaman to Ethan, Cameron and Anders Armstrong. Predeceased by her parents, and 18 brothers and sisters. Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary with no visiting hours by family request. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church, Woodstock. Interment to follow in St. Anthony's Cemetery.
