Lakeville, NB – Edna Robichaud, 78, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, October 15, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Pointe-Sapin, NB, she was the daughter of the late Léandre and Alice (Robichaud) Arseneault.
Edna will be sadly missed by her husband, Albert; her two daughters, Gisèle Arseneault (Joe Claire) of Moncton, Deborah Schoepfner (Wolf) of Sexsmith, AB; her two sons, Erice Robichaud and Albert Jr. Robichaud both of Moncton; her brother, Aquila Arseneault of Richibouctou; her three sisters, Yvonne (Delphis) Robichaud of Moncton, Bertha (Walter) Vautour of Richibouctou and Amanda (Léo) Mazerolle of Pointe-Sapin; her seven grandchildren, Nathalie, Brian, Jolène, Jeremy, Steven, Kyle, Samantha; her eight great-grandchildren, Bianca, Bryanna, Dakota, Selena, Sierra, Jayden, Savannah, Isayah; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her son, Hilaire; her grandson, Nolan; three brothers; Lionel, Louis and Tilmon; her two sisters, Eda and Aurore.
Respecting Edna’s wishes there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral service will be held at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix, Moncton, on Monday, October 19, 2015 at 11 am.
