Family of Clifford Arthur Goodyear, P. Eng, former Director of Real Property, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, invites those wishing to express their condolences to a gathering at Clovelly Golf Club on October 25th between 2pm and 6pm. Cliff passed away on October 5th, 2015 at the Ottawa General Hospital, surrounded by loved ones. He died with courage after a fierce battle with pancreas cancer and a sudden massive stroke. Leaving to mourn, his devoted wife Betty who never left his side, son Greg, daughter Susan (Geoff Hynes) and grandchildren Maria and James. Also grieving his loss, his mother Minnie Goodyear, brothers Graham (Elaine) and Kevin (Bonnie), sisters Debbie Pittman (Tim) and Karen Davis, sisters-in-law Cathy Weymouth and Patty Spurrell (Mike), brother-in-law Kevin Sullivan (Lynn), nieces and nephews and many, many friends. His remains have been cremated. No flowers requested. Please make donations to Pancreatic Cancer Canada in honour of Cliff's memory.
