The family of the late Marilyn Jean MacDougall wish to express their sincere thanks and appreciation to those who have offered such kindness, support and messages of sympathy and comfort during this difficult time. We especially wish to thank the many friends and neighbours who opened their homes and brought food; Dr. Glen Worth, Dr. Ansari, and Dr. Sharif; all of the staff at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, and unit 6A at the Victoria General Hospital in Halifax, for the amazing care they provided; Reverend Thomas Whent and Norma Mills, and UCW of the Westmount United Church; VON Cape Breton Metro, and Home Care Cape Breton, United Brotherhood of Carpenters Union Local 1588, and special thanks to Chants Funeral Home for their exceptional professional guidance with all of the funeral arrangements. Words are not enough to express our gratitude to everyone who supported our family through this time.
