It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Ernest Watson Reid, age 82, from Weybridge, Random Island, at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville, on October 17, 2015. Predeceased by his parents, Kesson and Annie Reid; step brothers, Hiram, Lawrence (Tryphie), Charlie (Ellie), Ken (Molly); step sister, Alice (Ross Smith) and sister, Sade (Wilfred Thomas). Leaving to mourn: his loving wife of 61 years, Marina; daughter, Rowena (Jerry Martin); son, Tony; grandchildren, Jeremy (Chantelle), Nicole (Matthew), Don (Brett), Allison (Tyler), Alex (Kara), Philip King (Chelsea)- Phillip became part of the family in 1987; great grandchildren, Emma and Liam; brother, Fred (Jean deceased); sister, Gladys Kendell (Malcolm deceased); nieces, nephews and a large circle of extended relatives and friends. Rested at the Central United Church, Elliott's Cove from where the funeral service, officiated by Rev.
