Passed suddenly away at his residence on Thursday, October 22, 2015, Eldred Kennedy, age 74 years. Predeceased by his wife, Doris (2010); brothers: Bill, Doug, John, Austin and James and his sister Violet. Leaving to mourn, his children: Rick (Geraldine), Phyllis (Christopher), Susan (Larry), Tina (Ed), Gerry (Wavie), Ken (Kayla), Doug (Rose), Anna (Charlie), Terry (Gordie), Peggy (Denny), Frances (Tony) and Shannon (Maude); 27 grandchildren - including special grandson Cory; 21 great-grandchildren; brothers: David (Lucy) and Victor (Frances); special friend, Rose; longtime family friends Tom Woodfine and Ed and Cindy White as well as a large circle of friends and extended family. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Sunday, October 25, from 12-9 pm, and Monday, October 26, from 10 am-12 noon. Funeral service will take place from Barrett's Funeral Chapel on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 2 pm with cremation to follow.
