SHORT, LARRY EDGAR
1949 – 2015
Larry E. Short of Riverview passed at the Drew Nursing Home, Sackville on Saturday, October 24, 2015. Born in Uxbridge, ON, he was the son of Patricia (Gates) and the late Kenneth Short.
Larry cherished time spent with his grandchildren and family, he loved to tinker around the house, whether it be fixing things or woodworking and loved to collect just about anything.
Besides his mother, Larry will be dearly missed by his wife, Sherry (Reeder) Short, daughter, Laura Plamondon (Greg) of Riverview, sons; Corey (Kayla Harper) of Riverview and Daniel of Moncton, sisters; Dorcas Willcock (Clarence), Donna Leitch (Larry), Sharon Budd and Reta Loyst, brothers: Alan and Stephen (Mary), his mother-in-law, Sadie Reeder, grandchildren; Danielle, Colewyn, Kalvin, Jessica, Jacob, Dana and Hailey, great grandson, Jayden, he also leaves behind several cousins, nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly, family meant everything to him.
Besides his father, he was predeceased by an infant brother.
A service celebrating Larry’s life will take place from Cobb’s Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007), on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 3:00 PM with Rev. James Hammond officiating.
Donations to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated by the family.
