Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's, on Monday, October 26, 2015, Violetta May Hudson, age 93. Predeceased by husband Andrew, parents Herbert and Edna Vey of Long Beach, T. Bay, brothers Hayward and Harold and sister Selena Lundrigan. Left with fond and loving memories are daughters Daphne Lilly(George), Elizabeth Morris (Ralph) of Oakville, Ontario, and Glenna Winsor (Russell); sons Tolson (Mary) and David (Tina); sister Gertie G. Soper; grandchildren Matthew, Erica, Paul, Natasha, Donald, Christina, David, Michael, Jennifer, Tyler and Brett; and ten great-grandchildren. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, with visitation on Thursday, October 29th from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, October 30th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place at Barrett's Chapel on Saturday, October 31st at 11:00 am.
