At her daughter's home in Bedford on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 of Gertrude Eileen Roach (Laybolt), formerly of 501 Queen Street, Charlottetown, aged 82 years.
Wife of the late George Roach and loving mother of Tony (Debbie), Lenwood (Cheryl), Brad (Heather), Joanne Roach, Blake, Gail Molyneaux (Paul), Elvie Wilson (Gordon), Kevin (Mary Beth), Cynthia Dingwell (Scott) and daughter by heart Wanda Birt (Ron Ryder). Survived by 31 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Sister of Alberta Deagle and friend of Harold Blacquiere.
Predeceased by her infant son John, grandson Michael MacEwen, granddaughter Becky Cooper and great-granddaughter Paisley Wilson. Also predeceased by her brothers and sisters David, Frank, Sheldon, George, Jack, Alonzo, Everett, Elizabeth, Selina, Florence and Dorothy.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 2:30 p.m. Interment in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Mount Stewart. Visitation Thursday 5-8 p.m.
