The sad news has been received of the death of Cathy Petrachuk McCallum in Melbourne, Australia on November 2, 2015. Cathy was born in 1976, the daughter of the late Joan (Simmons) MacFarlane (BoB) and the late David Petrachuk. Cathy grew up in Burlington, P.E.I. and graduated from Kensington Int-Sr High in 1994. After attending Acadia University, she moved to Australia. Left to mourn her passing is her 11 year old daughter, Jasmine and her partner Ed Love of Melbourne and her step-father Bob MacFarlane (Nancy) of Summerside. She will also be missed by uncles, Lewis (Eileen) Simmons of Burlington and Lloyd ( Nancy) of Kensington, as well as a number of cousins, as well as the Petrachuk family from Ontario. Cathy is resting at the Le Pine Funeral Home in Glen Waverley, Australia where her funeral will be held on Friday, November 13th.
