Passed peacefully away on Monday, November 9, 2015 at Chancellor Park, Jeremiah Joseph (Jerry) Flannigan, age 77 years. Predeceased by his wife Lillian (nee Butler), parents Leo and Mary Jo Flannigan, brothers Jack, Leo, Dan, and Ned and sister Mary Penney. Leaving to mourn son Scott daughters Brenda (Paul), Esther (Cody), Linda (Fred), and Jackie (Gerard); seven grandchildren and step-son Adam Butler (Ashley), brothers George and Gus (Geraldine); sisters Annie Hawco, Winnie Mason and Alice Flannigan and sister-in-law Mary Flannigan as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place, no visitation or funeral. A private inurnment will take place at a later date at the Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery, Avondale. No flowers by request, donations in his memory may be made to the S.P.C.A.
