It is with sadness that the family of Elizabeth Viola Gibson (nee Carter, formerly Brettell) announce her peaceful passing on November 12, 2015, shortly before her 90th birthday at King's College Hospital, London, England. Predeceased by her older sister Eda Margaret Halleran (2008) St. John's. Leaving to mourn her younger brother John Carter, St. John's; her sons Richard, David, James and Andrew Brettell, two step-daughters Susan and Margaret Gibson, seven grandchildren and a recently born great-granddaughter. A memorial service will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Clapham, London in December at a later date.
