With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of our mother, Dora, age 98, on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015, at the Alderwood Rest Home, Baddeck.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Jack MacDonald.
The last surviving member of her immediate family, Dora was predeceased by her parents, four brothers and two sisters.
Dora will be sadly missed by her daughters, Nancy MacDonald, Doris (Gerry) Peddigrew, Linda (David) Hill and Shirley Hackson and special grandsons, Craig and Glen Foley.
She is also survived by several grand, great and great-great grandchildren.
Appreciation is extended to the County Home Makers. A very special thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Alderwood Rest Home, Baddeck.
A private family graveside service will be held at Hardwood Hill Cemetery.
