GIBBON, GORDON R.
1933 - 2015
Gordon Gibbon, 82, of Moncton, NB; passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on November 21, 2015. Born In Saint John, he was the son of the late Gordon J. and Lottie B. (Killam) Gibbon.
He retired following years of service in the retail Food Industry. Gordon was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with family.
He is survived by three sons Gary (Louise) of Moncton, Kevin (Barb) of Saint John and Steven (Lisa) of Minto, three sisters Joy (Sonny Irwin), Martina Sonier and Georgina (Raymond Vienneau); two brothers Donald (Kay) and Bobby (Kathy) Gibbon; also by seven grandchildren Jason, Bobby, Jessica, Kyle, Laura, Ryan and Sarah; as well as several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and brothers and sisters-in-law.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife Connie (Albert), a daughter Wendy (Sean Atwood) and by three brothers Walter, Leonard and Wayne and by four sisters Dorothy, Shirley, Deanna and Florence; also by several in laws
Honoring Gordon's wishes there is no viewing, visitation or funeral service.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Donations in Gordon's memory made to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
