We, the family of Gerard Francis Moore, 64, of Tillock Drive, Sydney, regret to announce his passing on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.
Born in Sydney, he was a son of Theresa (Gardiner) Moore, Sydney and the late Francis 'Laddie' Moore.
Besides his mother, Gerard is survived by his daughter, Jaclyn, Ft. McMurray, Alta; sons, Jamie and Ryan, Nanaimo, B.C.; grandchildren, Alexandra, Cassidy and Carter; sisters, Trudy Macdonnell, Nanaimo, B.C. and Joanne Moore, Dartmouth; brothers, Jim, Bathurst, N.B., Francis, Dartmouth and Kelly, Halifax.
Gerard was predeceased by his brother, Michael.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later date in Resurrection Cemetery.
