Passed peacefully away at the Pentecostal Senior Citizens Home on November 23, 2015, Madeline Lidster (nee Connolly) of Cupids Crossing, aged 88 years. Predeceased by her husband, Frank (2011), parents, Nicholas & Nora Connolly (nee Collins), brothers, Thomas & Michael Connolly, daughter, Veronica (2006), sons, Gary & Terry (1967), grandson, Jesse (2015), son-in-law, Cprl. Carl Harvey Sr. (1988). Leaving to mourn her passing are sons, Kevin (Susan) & Gerard (Jean), daughters, Carolann Sampson (Mike) & Denise Butler (Ross), five grandsons, Nicholas, Zachary, Carl, Michael and Andrew, great-grandson, Sean, sister-in-laws, Bride Connolly, Isabel Maniaci, Eileen Lidster and Marie Lidster, As well as a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Broughton's Funeral Home, Brigus on Wednesday, Nov 25, from 11 a.m.- 9 p.m. and Thursday, Nov 26, 2015 from 10 a.m.- 9 p.m., Friday, Nov ,27, 2015 from 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. Funeral to take place on Friday, November 27, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Patrick's Church, Brigus with interment to follow in the R.C.
