BRIGGS, LOUISE
Surrounded by her family, Louise Karen (Coughlin) Briggs, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at the Carleton Kirk Lodge Nursing Home. Born 1945 in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Emily Elizabeth (Adamson) Coughlin.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Joseph Briggs on July 28, 2015 and her sister Joan Huestis.
She is survived by her sons Joseph (Brenda) and James (Teri), grandson Corey (Shantel), granddaughters Shae-Lynn and Taylor, sister Wendy Coughlin and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at the Carleton Kirk Lodge Nursing Home and at the Saint John Regional Hospital for their exceptional care given to our mother.
Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitation on Tuesday, December 1 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 10 a.m.
