A. Margaret Wicks 1926-2015
Passed away peacefully at the James Paton Memorial Heath Care Center, Gander on November 26th, 2015. Predeceased by husband (Thomas Wicks), parents Isaac and Annie Penney, brothers George, Alex, and Chesley, sister Evelyn. Son-in-law Gordon Burke. Left with fond and loving memories are sons Alex of Gander, Jim (Lyn) of Regina, daughters Betty Burke of Gander, Linda (Dave) Barton of Gander. Grandchildren Kim (Corey) Terryberry of Niagara Falls, Phillip Wicks of Niagara Falls, Parthena (Frank) Lauritus of Toronto, Costas Senteris of Sudbury, Gordie (Michelle) Burke of Victoria, Todd (Tracy) Burke of Torbay, Arlene Martin (Todd White) of Gander, Trevor (Dorothy) Barton of Iqaluit , Donald Barton of Chalk River , Doug Barton (Steven Frederick) of Flat Rock, great grandchildren Jessie and Matt Terryberry of Niagara Falls, Alethia Lauritus of Toronto, Matt (Annie) Burke of Fort McMurray , Daniel Martin of Gander, Liam, Dane and Evan Burke of Torbay, Braeden Barton of Chalk River, Tommy and Luke Barton of Iqaluit . Great grandchildren Zander Burke of Fort McMurray, brother Raymond (Evelyn) Penney of Port Blanford, sisters-in-laws Madge Piercey (Gaetan) of Benton, Bernice Penney of Loon Bay, Beulah Penney of St. Phillips. Also a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander. Funeral service was held Saturday, November 28th 11:00 am at Fraser Road United Church, Gander.
