GOODINE, FREDERICK “RICK” RICHARD
It is with a profound sense of sadness that the family of Rick Goodine announces his passing on Sunday, November 29, 2015, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Fort Fairfield, Maine, on October 2, 1955, Rick was the son of Lois Goodine and the late Dr. F.S. Goodine, of Woodstock.
He leaves to mourn, his spouse, Nicole Cormier; mother, Lois Goodine; son, Jason Goodine; step-daughters, Rebecca Cormier and Nathalie Lirette (Chris); brothers, Bill Goodine (Rose Anne) and Jonathan Goodine (Sherry); and nieces and nephews.
Rick’s youth and early years were marked by his tremendous passion for music, which endured throughout his life. Always generous with his time, he found fulfillment in later years through the sharing of his life experiences with others.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. A memorial gathering for friends and family will take place at 168 Church Street in Fredericton, on Thursday, December 3, at 7:00 p.m. A graveside interment will be held at a later date at Calvary Cemetery, in Woodstock.
