Wade Fisher
FISHER, Wade – 49, Truro, passed away Dec. 1, 2015.
Wade was the owner of Wade’s Residential Burner Service Ltd. and could often be seen at “his office” – Tim Hortons parking lot.
He was predeceased by his sister, Shelly Lee; brothers, Paul and Ray; and father, Stewart. He is survived by his wife, Julie; son, Daniel; daughter, Meaghan; brother, Shawn; mother, Marjorie; stepmother, Linda; stepbrother, John; stepsisters, Angie and Hazel and niece, Terra Lee, along with many other family members.
What many people may not have known about Wade was his compassion and empathy for people in need. He always did what he felt was the right thing to do, whether to provide a free service or donation, while never wanting recognition or praise.
He will be sadly missed by so many.
Visitation will be held Friday, Dec. 4 at 1 p.m. at Crossroads Baptist Church, Valley. Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., Pastor Brian Bourque officiating. Burial at the Crossroads Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the palliative care unit at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre.
