Passed peacefully with family by his side, at Whisperwood Villa, Saturday, December 5, 2015 of Hector MacDougall of Charlottetown, age 82 years.
Husband of Lorena MacDougall, loving father of David MacDougall (Brittany Grant), Ron MacDougall, Lori Fagan (Mike) and Shane MacDougall (Darlene). Hector will be lovingly remembered as "Bumpa" by Samantha MacDougall-Parsons (Blair Parsons), Jonathan MacDougall (Peggy Parsons-MacDougall), Erin Galle (Mike), Stephen Fagan, Carolyn Steele (Casey), Sarah MacDougall, Liz Campeau, Nique Campeau (Jon Garrett), Cody MacDougall and Kyle MacDougall and by eight great-grandchildren. Also remembered by sister-in-law Eva MacDougall, Lorena's daughter, Wendy Cosman, and grandchildren, Jacob and Bradley Cosman. He was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Mary (nee MacEachern) MacDougall, first wife, Deanna (nee Mills), brother, Donald and sisters - Jean MacQuarrie and Ruth MacCallum.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford. There will be no visitation or funeral service as per personal request. A celebration of Hector's life will be shared in July 2016.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the QEH Foundation would be appreciated.
