MACFARLANE, DONALD ALLEN
On December 5th, 2015, Donald Allen Macfarlane (AKA Big Dad) passed away suddenly at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Born on March 18th, 1923, he led a healthy and active life.
He enjoyed participating in community activities, most recently at Ste. Anne’s Court.
He was predeceased by his wife, Phyllis.
He will be sadly missed by his children, Keith (Lori), Liane, and Wayne (Carrie); as well as his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Hayden, Lindsay, Jeremy, Nicola, Molly, Quinn, and Griffin.
A celebration of Donald's life will be held in the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel on Saturday, December 12th, 2015 at 10:00 am. Rev. Bob Jones will officiate. His remains will be laid to rest in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Toronto, Ontario, at a later date.
