BOURQUE-RICHARD, GISÈLE
1957-2015
It is with great sadness that we inform you of the sudden passing of Gisèle Bourque-Richard, 57, of Hanwell, NB on Saturday, December 5th, 2015.
She was an employee with Service NB working in the records management field.
Outside of her work life, Gisèle was passionate about creating artistic hooked rugs with the ladies from the Evening Matters Rug Hooking Guild. As well, she enjoyed visiting far-away places, especially in the Caribbean in order to escape our harsh winters.
Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rita Bourque (née: Arsenault) of Dieppe.
She is survived by her loving husband Maurice, his sister Doris (Paul) Brun of Moncton, one brother Francis (Jacinthe) of Shediac, and seven sisters: Paulette (Jean-Marie) Auffrey of Pré-d'en-Haut, Bernice (Fred) Paget of Cloverdale, Diane (Edgar) Dort of Pictou, NS, Gloria (Jacques) Fournier, Charline (Éric) Melanson, Rachel (Graham) Langille, and Monique (Charles) Maillet of Dieppe. She is also leaving behind several nephews and nieces.
Family and friends are invited to share memories on Saturday, December 12th, 2015 from 2 to 4 pm at the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901). Interment will occur later this summer in the Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
