It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our daughter Jacqueline Marie Jerrett, age 31 years. Jacqueline passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving mother on Sunday, December 6, 2015 at the Palliative Care Unit, L.A. Miller Centre. Leaving to mourn her mother Marilyn and father Richard; sister Jennifer; brother Ricky; three special nieces Abby, Madison and Zoey; as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit and to St. Clare's Dialysis Unit. At the request of the family cremation has taken place. Service and inurnment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation or the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
