(nee Kirkland) 1926 - 2008 Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Center. Left to mourn her loving and devoted husband Charlie of 61 years, sons: Jimmy (Patsy), Leonard, David (Linda), Charles Jr. (Glenda), Daughters: Phyllis (Jim) White of Missaugua, Ont., Jane (Mike Murphy), Gwendolyn (Eugene Morgan), Sharon (Rick) Gosse, Debbie (Kirk Miller), Shirley (Gene Manning), 27 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, brother Jim Kirkland, daughter-in-law Juanita Powell, son-in-law Bill Holwell, also a large circle of nephews, nieces, and other family and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Sunday from 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. Monday from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m., 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.- 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 2 p.m. from the Carnell Memorial Chapel.
